Prizes in the Expo - Three Ways to Win!

Participate in one, two, or all three of the prize drawings each day for a chance to win valuable prizes or cash!

1. The Prize Ticket     

The BOMA Prize Ticket is you opportunity to win $800 at the BOMA Expo!  All BOMA Conference attendees are entered to win, no additional entry required. You will find two (2) Prize Tickets, one for Sunday and one for Monday, in your registration bag. Your drawing time is listed on your ticket. There are a limited number of entries for each drawing time to increase the odds that you'll be the big winner!

Winners will be selected and announced at the Prize Stage (Booth 755) in the exhibit hall throughtout the day at the times listed below. Check your prize ticket to see your drawing time. You must be present at the Prize Stage to claim your winnings!  If the person holding the winning prize ticket number is not present, the prize will be forfeited and a new prize ticket number will be drawn.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Only Registered conference attendees may participate for prizes.
  2. You must have the winning Prize Ticket in your possession at the time your number is called to claim your prize.
  3. Prizes will be drawn during Expo hours on Sunday, July 14 and Monday, July 15 at the times listed below.
  4. You must be present at the Prize Stage during the time your number is called to win. If your number is called at the Prize Stage and you are not immediately present, you agree to forfeit your prize.
  5. BOMA International will call alternate Prize Ticket numbers if the first number called does not claim their winnings. BOMA will call up to, but no more than, seven (7) additional prize ticket numbers if a prize is not claimed. If there is no winner found after this time, there will be no additional numbers called for that drawing time.

Stop by each Welcome Party sponsor's booth on Sunday to get your Sunday Prize Card stamped, then drop your validated card in the drum at the Prize Stage for a chance to win one of four prizes. Winners will be drawn at 5:00 pm Sunday. You must be present to win.

 

Monday Prize Card, July 15—You're chance to win one of three valuable prizes:

  • $500 Cash Prize
  • The Mobile-Shop® HT Engineering Cart*, sponsored by Mobile-Shop Company
  • Free Registration to the 2025 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Boston, MA

Stop by each Premier Sponsor's booth on Monday to get your Monday Prize Card stamped, then drop your validated card in the drum at the Prize Stage for a chance to win one of 3 prizes. Winners will be drawn at 2:00 pm Monday. You must be present to win.

3. The Bingo Card

In honor of the 20th anniversary of the BOMA Sustaining Partner Program, play Bingo for a chance to win $500!  Fill out the Bingo Card by visiting the booth of a BOMA partner to get a sticker in the corresponding square. Once you have a row of stickers horizontally, vertically or diagonally, fill out your name and contact information on the card and drop it in the prize drum at the Prize Stage (Booth 755).  Then, be present for the drawing for a chance to win $500.

  • Sunday Bingo Card drawing is at 5:00 pm, July 14
  • Monday Bingo Card drawing is at 2:00 pm, July 15
