The BOMA International Conference & Expo will take place July 13–16 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel, adjacent to the convention center, for registered BOMA attendees and exhibitors. You must be registered for the conference before you can book a room within the BOMA room block. BOMA's room block is Now Closed (deadline to make reservation at the group rate was June 18).

BOMA's room block is now closed.

  • BOMA has arranged for a discounted hotel room rate for registered attendees and exhibitors at our official conference hotel, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel located next to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The BOMA room rate is $214/night single/double, plus applicable state and local taxes. The reservation deadline to receive the BOMA room rate is June 18, 2024, or when the block sells out (whichever occurs first). 

  • Registration is required before you can book a hotel room within BOMA's room block. This is necessary to ensure that rooms are available to registered attendees and exhibitors. 

Reservations may only be made through BOMA's official housing provider, ConferenceDirect. The hotel will not accept reservations directly for BOMA's room block.  You will be prompted to make a hotel reservation after you register, or you may go to your dashboard (for exhibitors, the Exhibitor Registration site) to make a hotel reservation at a later time if you don't wish to make a reservation immediately. 

Please note:  No one from BOMA or ConferenceDirect will ever call or e-mail you directly to prompt you to make a hotel reservation.  If you receive a solicitation to make a hotel reservation for the BOMA International Conference & Expo, please treat it with due caution. 


Hotel Modification/Cancellation Policy

Modifications to existing reservation can be made until June 17 by clicking on the online link found in your Hotel Reservation Acknowledgement. Or by contacting the Housing Bureau by email: BOMA@conferencedirect.com or phone: 844-840-1835. Starting June 24 all modifications need to be made with the hotel.

Please note: A one night room & tax deposity may be charged by the hotel as early as July 1, 2024.

Cancellation of existing reservation can be made through the Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect. Starting May 20 the Housing Bureau will assess $50 processing fee per room cancelled. As of June 24 all cancellations should be made through the hotel. Should you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 3 working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If reservations are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice the hotel will keep the one night room deposit. Additionallly, ConferenceDirect, the official Housing Bureau, will charge a $50 processing fee for any cancellations or no-show reservations.

Please note the hotel may charge an early departure fee in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest's reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.


Exhibitor Sub-Block Policy

Exhibitors/Groups requiring 10 or more rooms may contact BOMA Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, to request a sub-block housing form by email: BOMA@conferencedirect.com.

Important: To Finalize you sub-block, the BOMA Housing Bureau must receive the individual guest names by May 17. Effective May 20, 2024, the BOMA Housing Bureau will release unused rooms in your block. (An unused room is one that does not have the name of a registered attendee attached to it.)

Reservations: Once you sub-block has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with booking instructions on how to make your group hotel reservations. After May 17 you will not be able to make any additional room request in your sub-block. However, you can still make modifications to existing reservations. You may also be able to make a new individual reservations.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds: Room cancellations received starting May, 20 will be assessed $50 processing fee by the Housing Bureau. This fee will also be assessed to no-shows. Modifications can be made at any time. The hotels will charge one night's room and tax for rooms that are cancelled with less than 3 working day. You may continue to make changes and cancellations with the BOMA Housing Bureau until June 17. Starting June 24, please contact the hotel directly for all changes and cancellations.
