Description

Many traditional office parks were built in the 70s and 80s, and no longer hold what value they once had. Once valued for their large, affordable parcels, easily accessible from highways, and often near residential neighborhoods, these places today are largely empty and losing relevance in our urban-centric society. It is time for owners of office parks to actively rethink how to position their tired assets. Through creative and innovative amenitization, upgraded and modernized outdoor spaces, and community-facing offerings, a new and financially sound identity is within reach. This session will show ongoing and proven examples of this and provide scaled solutions that can serve owners as models for innovation at all levels. Your aging office parks can once again attract tenants who want to fuel their employees with more than they can find in denser urban campuses.
