Description

Our interactive session will highlight a sustainability specialist, LGBTQ+ advocate, and ESG corporate leader to explore the synergy between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and LGBTQ+ inclusion in the context of sustainability. By examining the intersections of these critical domains, participants will be empowered to drive positive social change while advancing sustainable practices. Participants will explore strategies for integrating ESG initiatives and gain practical tools and knowledge to enhance their institutional efforts. Economic and environmental benefits within the ESG framework, promotion of LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion, and investigation of holistic governance strategies will advance support for robust institutional ESG platforms. Gensler Research Institute data will reveal the public perspectives on the impacts of climate change on basic quality of life, design resilience expectations, and improved workplace visioning and goal setting.
